Standard Duty Pipe Clamps

Standard Duty Pipe Clamps are employed in installations with moderate loading and relatively minimal vibration within the system. They are particularly suitable for machine tool applications and instrumentation piping.

The clamps can be utilized without a top plate to save on costs in equipment with very minimal or no vibrations. In cases where there are light to moderate vibrations, the clamps can be used with a top plate to provide extra support.

Standard Duty Pipe Clamps are available for installation on channels using ‘T’ nuts. These channels are offered in 1/2 meter lengths and facilitate multiple clamping on a single base. They offer flexibility in clamping, especially when the pitch between pipes is uneven. Channel-mounted pipe clamps can be used with or without the top plate, depending on the specific application.

Standard duty pipe clamps are exclusively offered for pipe sizes up to 2 inches or 50 millimeters in outer diameter (OD).
