2-Valve Manifold Block & Bleed

What is 2-Valve Manifold Block & Bleed?

A 2-way manifold valve is constructed as a single block featuring an isolation valve and a calibration/vent (bleed) valve in combination. These valves typically come with male or female screwed inlet and outlet ports. The block valve is indicated by a blue handle, while the bleed valve is distinguished by a red handle. Typically, they are manufactured using stainless steel and equipped with standard PTFE valve packing.

Featuring PTFE packing, these manifolds exhibit the ability to withstand pressures reaching up to 6000 PSI at 200°F or 4000 PSI at 500°F. For higher temperatures, Grafoil Packing is employed. 2-way valves are available as in-line type, L-shaped, or Y-shaped configurations.
